I would say choosing for a right PCP is much easier than choosing for the right dental clinic. So I was a bit of skeptical to switch to Perfect Smile Dental after having had unpleasant experiences with my previous dental clinic. I visited Perfect Smile Dental clinic prior to making my decision to switch and I was super impressed with this place. I remember clearly that Dr. Nguyen, who is also the owner of the clinic just finished the dental work for a client of hers. The client kept on asking her many questions and her gestures seemed pretty concerned. After awhile, the client looked much more relaxed with a big smile saying goodbye to Dr. Nguyen and wished everyone a good day as she was leaving the clinic. That was a testimony of doctor-patient connection and that surely impressed me a big time. She saw me and came out to greet me with the warmest smile. She gave me a tour of her clinic and thanked me for coming to visit. I noticed the clinic is extremely clean inside out. The clinic design was very crisp, bright, airy with all latest hi-tech equipments. All the staffs were very friendly the entire I was there. Instantly, I liked the place. My entire family switched to Perfect Smile Dental ever since. Dr. Nguyen is very professional. She is very good with small
children or at least I haven't heard kids screamed any time I was there. Dr. Nguyen is always willing to work with clients' schedules. I also know that she provided many free dental cares for priests and nuns as they have none or limited dental care insurance. Dr. Nguyen makes very wise decisions in dental care treatments for every client of hers. Yet, Dr. Nguyen and the account manager always take the time to explain in details of future dental care. They follow up with the clients closely to make sure the client understands all the dental treatment plans, options on how to make payments, and there are no hidden ,complication or surprises of charges. I would say highly recommend this place as a good investment and a trustworthy dental care for those who wants beautiful smiles.
